About 3 Km south of the town of Tinaya is
the Burnt Mountain, an ancient volcano deep red, and its eastern
slope, there we find a statue of Don Miguel de Unamuno,
writer and philosopher of the twentieth century, who was exiled
to Fuerteventura for a few months.
In the capital of the island is
a museum dedicated to this illustrious writer stay on the
island.
To access this statue, about
8 meters high, since we take a path that goes to Tindaya Tefía. Access
is simple and suitable for all ages.
