El Cotillo

El Cotillo is located on the west coast and is the northernmost town on the coast.

It is an important town, fishing and tourism, but without the crowds, because the supply is mainly focused on apartments in the northern beaches and small apartments, plus a new3 star hotel.
This village is surrounded by beaches, some of the best in Fuerteventura: north, about 2miles, we find The Ponds, next to the lighthouse, and in the north of town, is located the urban beaches of La Concha and Los Lagos, white sand and turquoise waters, while in the south of the village is stone beach of golden sand, and over 2 kilometers long, where it is practiced surfing and Kitesurfing.
