Corralejo

The town of Corralejo is the resort of Fuerteventura northernmost island, and has become a major tourist center on the island is about 40 miles from the airport, and most dominant British and German tourists.
From the port we can take any of the ferries that go to the nearby island of Lanzarote (every hour there is a boat available), and its Marina is second in importance of Fuerteventura. From here there are several companies of Charter boats and boat trips to the nearby Isla de Lobos, a site to be visited.
Along the harbor there is a promenade where we find many interesting restaurants, international cuisine and specializing in fresh fish, which has terraces to the sea.

Corralejo has a large shopping area with a main street full of shops and restaurants as well as a major shopping center called "EL CAMPANARIO".
Note also the Leisure Centre "BAKU" with a full water park, an aquarium and a small shopping area with concerts, restaurants and other leisure activities.
Corralejo has a complete range of hotels and apartments, from Atlantis Bahia Real 5 *Luxury to cheaper places, not forgetting the magnificent hotels "Riu Palace Tres Islas" and "CLUB HOTEL RIU Oliva Beach", in the park of the Dunes of Corralejo and astunning beach.

If you choose for your stay in Corralejo Fuerteventura, you can make excursions to the beaches of "El Cotillo" best of Fuerteventura, or visit the dunes of Corralejo, with stunning turquoise water beaches, or tour the volcanoes in the area, not forgetting the "ISLA DE LOBOS", or make a day trip to Lanzarote.
