Casa Marcos Restaurant , Villaverde, Fuerteventura.

Villaverde is the town that has a greater number of quality restaurants in Fuerteventura. One of these restaurants is Casa Marcos, Bar Gourmet.
With a rustic and simple, but very nice and cozy, the restaurant has a large living terrace, and small private dining rooms.
In Casa Marcos have merged traditional dishes with new cooking trends, so that all the food they offer is known, but the way of preparing it is special: for example, have a dish called "Eggs Tied", which is a kind of "omelette", but in a ball and is very good.
I ate ham Iberian Sirloin Cuttings (very tasty), and a tomato and cheese and a salad are the best I've eaten in Fuerteventura.
Other dishes are fish cake, Garbanzada, Fries Vegetable Cream or Rebumbio.
